Happy Birthday John.....and congratulations on your new granddaughter....Zak and Anna Kate
each have a daughter....So happy for them....I bet you are composing a song for each of
them up there in heaven.....I have some of your fans as friends on facebook and it makes
it such a great connection to you..I have changed my profile picture to one of
yours....The one of you and the eagle...It is my second favorite pic of you....My first is
one from the Wildlife Concert.......So my dear John have a Happy, Happy Birthday....  

Happy Birthday, John!  Can't help but wonder what wonderful songs you'd have written and
sung for us in these later years of your life.  We fans are so fortunate that you left us
so many memories in your melodies.

I wish you could be here to hold your 2 little grandaughters in your arms.  What precious
gifts they are for their Grandpa to look down upon .. I hope they will someday come to
know you through your songs, videos and the stories their parents will tell them about
you, John.

Another Christmas is almost here and John I know that you are up there singing all your
beautiful Christmas songs to all the other angels....My Mum and Dad are amongst
them.....It is now Christmas Eve here in N.B. Canada.  But shortly it will be Christmas
Day....Will light a candle for you and all my loved ones that are in heaven with
you.....Love your music John.  I have been playing your Christmas DVD's, and Cd's and
watched your Christmas movie.   

I have always been a John Denver fan. My wife and I were married in 1984. We chose John's
song "follow you, follow me" to be played in the church. The words still ring true for us,
but its sad to hear the song now! Although Heaven is a much better place with John, we
wish he was still here with us! RIP John.
